Meditation is a great way to nurture the inner life of students. To meditate, one must have a quiet and focused mind and be in a mode of consciousness. Meditation can relieve stress, reduce anxiety, help with depression, lower blood pressure, & create a slower rate of breathing, Meditation is a relaxation exercise, giving children an opportunity to be calm and aware of their mind & body.
